*IMPORTANT NOTES

*If there is availability, we will ask you to pay the 25% of the rent to guarantee your reservation by sending us a credit card number or by making a bank transfer.

*There will be no confirmation until we have charge the 25% of the rent.

*The outstanding balance (75% of the rent), the deposit fee (150 euros to be returned after your check-out) and the cleaning costs (50 euros), has to be paid directly in the apartment, and only CASH will be accepted.

*Check-in will be directly in the apartment normally from 16:00 p.m and check-out at 11 a.m. on the day of the departure, these times can change depending on the cleaning, your needs and other arrivals and departures. All check-ins between 22:00 pm and 9 a.m will have a supplement charge of 20 Euros for late check-in.

*DiscoveringBarcelona provides the transfer service from the airport for €25 each way (1-4 people + luggage).
